Safe delivery of your pot of Biryani or another indian dish is important to us.

As you can imagine delivering a pot of uncooked biryani is slightly different to the average delivery. Which is why we have carefully chosen a courier, DPD who can meet this unique challenge. The packaging of the box and the inner lining has also been packed carefully to keep the temperature of the food consistent.

Delivery
When you use our delivery service you can be reassured that it is fully tracked and you will receive a text message and email with details of exactly when the parcel will arrive at your chosen destination (you have the options of delivery to your address, neighbour or a safe place). You will be notified one hour before and then 15 minuets before arrival. Please be attentive, only one attempt will be made to delivery your parcel, or your parcel will be destroyed due the nature of perishable goods.

Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full price of the order, including return shipping charges to Sukkur (if applicable).  Undeliverable packages will be destroyed and no refund will be given. You can view our full delivery policy here.

Tracking
When your item is dispatched you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track the progress on your order. Our couriers website is https://www.dpd.co.uk. Please enter your tracking details on courier companies website.

Deliveries from Tuesday to Friday. Orders to be placed two days in advance.

Saturday deliveries will cost an extra £25.

No Monday & Sunday deliveries.

What happens if I’m out when the parcel arrives?

Do not panic. The friendly postman will leave you a note of where to find it. Most likely they will take it back and attempt to redeliver and ask you to come to the local parcel office.

Do your deliveries arrive on time?

We will always endeavour for the best service to be delivered to you. Occasionally, deliveries can tend to delay due to circumstances we cannot control. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, in advance.

How do I return or exchange something?
